First of all I think the company should change its name to: most committed, friendliest, most professional, family, where you can label your brand and get coffee at the same time, but I do understand the implications of such a long name, so I completely understand if the owner sticks to the original name. I have had the privilege to spend some time there doing work for the Grass Owl Study Group, I have met amazing people, from the staff, always smiling and willing to give a hand, to the lovely Theresa, who, on a good day, answers phones, runs a bussiness, plays mommy to her son and still have place in her heart for the people she works with. Rinus, is a perfectionist no nonsense guy who will pull every string and sit up late at night, perfecting the work before deadlines. What I have seen and experienced was not a company, but a partnership amongst people who love their job, and strive to see customer's satisfaction. A Family. Well done Wrap your brand.
